Meat Confits
Confits are foods that are cooked slowly over a long period of time at lower temperatures (generally below 100C) as a method of preservation. My meat confits are cooked in duck fat. Meat confits are sold in vacuum packed pouches, or if ordered in larger quantities can also be sold in a ceramic confit dish, will be charged an additional R100 for the dish, but will be refunded upon return.
Confit Meats can only be made to order. Orders close on Monday at 6pm for Friday delivery or collection at my kitchen.
